Standard Chartered PLC will be hosting an Investor Trip to its banking operations in Singapore and India from 16 to 19 November 2010.

The Investor Trip will cover the following Standard Chartered operations and divisions:

16 November Consumer Banking, Wholesale Banking

17 November Asia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan

18 November India

19 November Risk, Capital and Liquidity, Technology and Operations, People

Presentation slides will be made available on Standard Chartered's website (http://investors.standardchartered.com) each day from 8.30am UK time.

No comments on the Group's current trading will be made during the Investor Trip.
