Spectris plc, the productivity-enhancing instrumentation and controls company, announces that institutional clients of Citi Investment Research will be visiting its Malvern Instruments facility in Malvern, England, today. No material new information will be provided during the visit and there will be no update on current trading.

Spectris will issue an AGM and Interim Management Statement on 13 May 2011.
