Investor Seminar

Meggitt announces that it is holding an investor seminar today in London. The seminar will include a series of management presentations under the theme "Charting Growth" which will take a longer term look at the growth expectations of the Group. The presentations will be made by Terry Twigger, Chief Executive, and members of divisional management. Copies of the slides will be available on the Group's website after the seminar.

Following the Group's recent Interim Management Statement which was issued on 4th November, no update on current trading will be provided during the seminar.
