1 October 2014 Octagonal plc ("Octagonal" or the "Company") Investments and Implementation of Investing Policy Octagonal Plc (AIM: OCT), the investing company whose principal investment is a9.97% equity stake in Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd, states that, furtherto the announcement of 30 September 2014 that it had acquired a 3.05% interestin Hume Capital plc, it has invested approximately £60,000 in various quotedfinancial services businesses in accordance with the Company's stated investingpolicy. Having made all of the above investments, the Company has now substantiallyimplemented its investing policy in accordance with Rule 15 of the AIM Rulesfor Companies.
