INVESTMENT UPDATE

Trikona Trinity Capital plc (AIM:TRC) announces an update with respect to its investment in DB Realty Limited ('DBR').

On 4 February, DBR announced that the IPO subscription price for its shares was fixed at INR 468 per share. Listing is expected to occur shortly. 

In April 2007, TRC invested GBP 26.4 million in acquiring 11.34 million shares in DB Realty at a price of INR 190 per share.

The IPO subscription price of INR468 per share implies a value of TRC's holding of approximately GBP 72 million at current exchange rates. TRC's shareholding is subject to a one year lock up from the date of allotment.
