INVESTMENT UPDATE

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc is pleased to announce that the Venture Share class (known as The Venture Fund) has completed three investments, as well as a follow-on investment into an existing portfolio company.

This takes the total number of qualifying investments made to date to 18.

An investment of £500,000 was made into a data company with an engine that processes geospatial and regulatory data, initially, to provide an overview of the rental licencing status of UK properties. The engine maps property by address, provides on demand regulatory data relating to an address, and visually overlays data on properties, to help assess the wider regulatory risk associated with an individual property or portfolio. Existing UK rental licencing rules constitute a highly fragmented market with no digital product serving it.

An investment of £500,000 was made into an insurance platform with a unique strategy for selling general insurance to SMEs across the UK. It has identified and already underwritten the 250,000 UK businesses that it is targeting as clients by using its inhouse direct marketing platform to approach each business with a personalised message containing a binding quote. The founders have previous insurance scale and exit experience and are partnered with a well-established international insurer.

An investment of £200,000 was made into a company providing an infrastructure monitoring platform that seeks to leverage information sensors and satellites to improve infrastructure asset management. The data helps contractors and asset owners from the planning process through construction to long term monitoring.

A follow-on investment of £360,000 was made into an existing portfolio company that is utilising open-banking to deliver a new e-payments system that reduces costs and working capital for ecommerce businesses.

The investments are each in line with the Company's investment criteria and risk and return profile.
