Investment Update

Trinity Capital PLC (AIM: TRC) announces the sale of the investment in Kapstone Constructions Pvt. Ltd by one of the Company's Mauritian wholly-owned subsidiaries. The consideration amounts to the approximately GBP12.6.million at current exchange rates. This amount represents a discount of approximately 10% to the carrying value at 30 September 2010 of GBP14 million.
