JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited (the 'Company' or 'JARA') is pleased to announce that a further $10,051,474 of the Company's committed capital has been called and funded. This capital was called by the Global Transport Income Strategy and completes the planned exposure to this sector, further increasing JARA's dividend cover given the high yielding nature of the strategy.

Following this investment, the Company will be fully invested with the only material uncalled commitment being a $0.7m allocation to the Infrastructure strategy, which we expect will be called shortly. This deployment sees materially all capital raised from proceeds arising from both the IPO and all subsequent share issuance called and invested; the latter portion of capital has been invested significantly faster than the initial proceeds as COVID-19 related disruption has abated. 

The Manager continues to see attractive opportunities in real assets across the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Alternatives Platform. Further updates will be provided as changes are made to asset allocations by the Company.
