Update on Investment in Ve Interactive Limited and notice of Interim Results

Concha PLC (AIM: CHA), has been monitoring all the recent developments at its principal investment, Ve Interactive Limited ("Ve Interactive"), including the weekend press comment. The Company is in active dialogue with other major Ve Interactive shareholders about the proposed restructuring and associated funding plans for that business.

These discussions are ongoing and the Board will provide a more comprehensive update in the Chairman's Statement of our Interim Results, for the six months ended 31 December 2016, which will be released later this week.
