Investment Manager's Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that pursuant to the tender offer circulated on 17 May 2017, the Company purchased 3,659,846 ordinary shares at a price of USD0.79 per share, for a total of USD2,891,278.34, from VinaCapital Investment Management Limited ("the Investment Manager") and its related parties.

Following the transaction, the Investment Manager and its related parties now maintain a direct and indirect stake of 22,895,010 ordinary shares equal to 8.87% in the Company.
