Investment Manager Shareholdings

Further to the recent bonus issue of and admission to trading of its Listed Portfolio Shares ("LPS") (AIM: VNIL), the Company announces the following updated shareholdings for the purposes of AIM Rule 17.

Tony Hsun, a Managing Director of VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd. (Cayman Islands), the Company's investment manager (the "Investment Manager"), was issued 250,000 LPS on 27 July 2015, which he currently holds in addition to 250,000 Private Equity Shares ("PES") (AIM: VNI) in the Company.

VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd. (British Virgin Islands), the parent of the Investment Manager, and VinaCapital Group Ltd., the ultimate parent of VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd. (British Virgin Islands), were issued 30,000 LPS and 4,000,000 LPS respectively on 27 July 2015, which they currently hold in addition to 30,000 PES and 4,000,000 PES respectively.
