Vietnam Infrastructure LimitedInvestment Manager ShareholdingVietnam Infrastructure Fund Limited(the "Company") today announces that on 12 June 2012, Mr. Tony Hsun, a Managing Director of VinaCapital Investment Management, the investment manager of the Company, purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares of USD1.00 each ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of USDD0.21 per ordinary share.As a result of this transaction, Mr. Hsun's interest of 250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, represents 0.062 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
