Investment Manager Shareholding

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") has today been notified that on 18 May 2016, Mr. Tony Hsun, a Managing Director of VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd., the investment manager of the Company, sold 250,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each in the Company's listed equity share class ("VNIL Ordinary Shares") at an average price of USD0.2897 per VNIL Ordinary Share.

Mr. Hsun has decided to sell his VNIL shares in light of the fact that he is a United States citizen, and as such he is restricted from receiving shares in Forum One - VCG Partners Vietnam Fund.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Hsun no longer has a direct or indirect interest in VNIL.
