Development Securities PLC06 November 2007 6th November 2007 Development Securities PLC makes investment in CTP Limited Development Securities PLC, the leading property development and investmentcompany, announces today that it has acquired a 25% stake in CTP Limited (CTP),a Manchester-based private property development company specialising in theNorth of the United Kingdom. As part of the acquisition, Development Securities will also provide asignificant working capital facility to the business to assist in expanding theactivities of the already successful CTP brand. It will continue to build outits existing development programme and actively source and negotiate newdevelopment opportunities. CTP has a contracted pipeline of projects with a Gross Development Value of£600m ranging in size from £10m to £150m. It has specialised in partnershipswith Local Authorities and other statutory land owners, such as its awardwinning development at St Paul's Place Sheffield.
