ALPHA TIGER PROPERTY TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA TIGER")

Further to its announcement on 18 October 2011, Alpha Tiger announces that it has completed its investment in Aberdeen UK Active Property Fund Plc (the "Fund").

Alpha Tiger is investing £7.5m in the Fund by way of a convertible loan earning a coupon of 6% per annum and a 14% redemption premium if not converted.
