Pembroke VCT plc (the "Company") first invested in ME+EM, the luxury women's fashion brand, in 2015. Since then, ME+EM has continued to grow and the Company made further investments to support the founder, Clare Hornby, and her team.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has fully exited its investment in ME+EM realising a 16.1x return.
