Two-year asset backed loan

The Company, which invests in asset backed loans, is pleased to announce a two-year subordinated loan of £13.5 million to finance a construction project for a private student residential accommodation development located adjacent to Queen Mary University of London. The development is expected to be complete for the 2018/19 academic year.
The loan is secured by way of a subordinated charge against the property and has been funded from the Company's cash resources and predominantly from the net proceeds of its recent issue of C Shares, of which over 50% have now been invested.
