Investing Policy update

Further to the announcement of 15 January 2015, the Company's shares have today been suspended from trading on AIM, as the Company has not yet made an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reversetakeover under AIM Rule 14 or otherwise implemented Verdes' investing policy ("Policy") to the satisfaction of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company has until 14 August 2015 to implement this Policy, failing which its shares would be de-listed from trading on AIM.

The Board remains confident that the Company will be able to fulfil its Policy, and will provide further updates as and when appropriate.
