Investing company update
The Board of Kennedy announces that the Company has invested in a portfolio of listed companies (the "Investments") and one unquoted company, all of which have operations within the Company's investing policy.
In addition to engaging in the investment activity set out above the Company continues to seek and review investments and larger transactions and currently is reviewing a number of potential investment opportunities.
The Company confirms that, subject to settlement of the Investments which is scheduled to occur on 28th May 2013, it will have substantially implemented its investing policy and would therefore have satisfied the requirements of Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies. As such, Kennedy's shares will continue to trade on AIM beyond 25th May 2013, being the anniversary of the date the Company became an investing company.
