ADVFN Plc ("ADVFN" or the "Company")
Invalid requisition of General Meeting
The Company announces that it has received communication regarding a purported requisition for a General Meeting from Sweet Sky Limited and Shellhouse Limited to remove all the directors of the Company and appoint a new board. The Company believes that the requisition is not valid.
The Company anticipates receiving a valid requisition from these shareholders in due course, following which the board will be writing to shareholders with its views on the requisition proposals together with a notice of general meeting. In the meantime, the board recommends that shareholders take no action.
