Bank Pekao SA15 January 2007 UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION (15th January, 2007) Report 22/2007: Introduction of Bank shares F series into stock exchange tradingon the primary market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and date of the firstquotation after assimilation Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spolka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs,that on 12th of January, 2007 Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE")by Resolutions No 30/2007 decided to introduce on 16th January, 2007 the 13.200(thirteen thousand two hundred) series F ordinary bearer shares of Bank, havinga nominal value of PLN 1.00 (one) each, marked by National Depository forSecurities ("KDPW") by code "PLPEKAO00271", to the stock exchange trading on theprimary market, under the condition, that National Depository for Securitieswill assimilate them with Bank's shares already in the stock exchange tradingmarked by code "PLPEKAO00016" on 16th January, 2007. Series F ordinary bearer shares of Bank are taken-up by members of Bank'sManagement as a consequence of Motivation Program introduced by resolutions ofBank's General Meeting of Shareholders on 25th of July, 2003.
