LONDON, May 1, 2013 - Canaccord Financial Inc. ('Canaccord', 'the Company') ispleased to announce that its global wealth management division has beenrebranded Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management. Accordingly, the Company'swealth management businesses in the UK, Europe and offshore locations,previously known as Collins Stewart Wealth Management, and Eden Financial, arenow known as Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management.

As a result of this initiative, the Company's wealth management operations inthe UK, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Switzerland, Canada and Australianow share the same brand.

In the UK and Europe, Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management has six locations,providing on and offshore wealth management services to individual investors,charities and institutions. The Company's investment professionals andportfolio managers in the region are entrusted to oversee £10 billion of clientassets. On a global basis, Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management manages andadministers approximately £17 billion (C$27 billion) of client assets.
