Bank Pekao SA08 January 2007 UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION (8th January, 2006) Report 5/2007: Introduction of Bank shares F series into stock exchange tradingon the primary market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and date of the firstquotation after assimilation Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spo(3)ka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs,that on 5th of January, 2007 Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE")on Resolution No 8/2007 decided to introduce on 9th January, 2007 to the stockexchange trading on the primary market the 43.051 (fourty three thousand fiftyone) series F ordinary bearer shares of Bank, having a nominal value of PLN 1.00(one) each, marked by National Depository for Securities ("KDPW") by code"PLPEKAO00271" under the condition, that National Depository for Securities willassimilate them with Bank's shares already in the stock exchange trading markedby code "PLPEKAO00016"on 9th January, 2007. Series F ordinary bearer shares of Bank are taken-up by members of Bank'sManagement as a consequence of Motivation Program introduced by resolutions ofBank's General Meeting of Shareholders on 25th of July, 2003.
