Bank Pekao SA09 January 2007 UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION (9th January, 2007) Report 9/2007: Introduction of Bank shares F series into stock exchange tradingon the primary market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and date of the firstquotation after assimilation Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spolka Akcyjna ("Bank") informs,that on 9th of January, 2007 Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE")by Resolution No 13/2007 decided to introduce on 10th January, 2007 the 32.509(thirty two thousand five hundred nine) series F ordinary bearer shares of Bank,having a nominal value of PLN 1.00 (one) each, marked by National Depository forSecurities ("KDPW") by code "PLPEKAO00271", to the stock exchange trading on theprimary market, under the condition, that National Depository for Securitieswill assimilate them with Bank's shares already in the stock exchange tradingmarked by code "PLPEKAO00016"on 10th January, 2007. Series F ordinary bearer shares of Bank are taken-up by members of Bank'sManagement as a consequence of Motivation Program introduced by resolutions ofBank's General Meeting of Shareholders on 25th of July, 2003.
