Sub: Intimation of Record Date for Payment of Interim Dividend for FY 2018-19

This is in continuation of letter dated 07.01.2019

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 5th day of February, 2019 to inter-alia consider the recommendation of interim dividend for FY 2018-19.

For the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board, 'RECORD DATE' will be Wednesday, 13th February, 2019

Trading Window shall remain closed for the period from 29th January, 2019 (Tuesday) to7th February, 2019 (Thursday) for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.
