Sub: Intimation for closure of Trading Window

In view of finalization of Quarterly accounts for the Quarter ending 31.12.2019, it is hereby notified that Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL shall remain closed for designated persons from Wednesday, 1st January, 2020 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein the results would be considered.
The date of Board Meeting would be intimated in due course.
