This is to inform that the Thirty-Eight Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members

of GAIL (India) Limited will be held on Friday, 26TH August, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities Exchange Board of India, Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report 2021-22 will be sent by electronic mode only to those Members whose e-mail address(es) are registered with the Company/Depositories. We would like to inform that for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend @ 10% (Re. 1 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company, the "Record Date" will be Tuesday, 2nd August, 2022, if approved by the shareholders at the aforesaid AGM.
