The 38th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of UPL Limited is scheduled on Friday, 12th August, 2022 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means ("VC facility"), to seek approval of the members on the proposals as provided in the AGM Notice. The books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 29th July 2022 to Friday, 12th August 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
