The Company wishes to announce that it received notification on 7 September that Kevin Parry, the Chairman of the Company, purchased 9,876 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 1011.86 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Kevin Parry and his connected persons holds a total of 29,876 shares, 0.01% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
