Interim Results Announcement Date

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that, following amendments to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that became effective from 26 November 2015, the Company will publish its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2015 and announce the interim dividend for the year ending 30 June 2016, on 17 March 2016.
