INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT

Pinewood Shepperton plc

Pinewood Shepperton plc (the "Company"), a leading provider of services to the global film and television industry, today issues its Interim Management Statement for the period 01 January 2010 to 11 May 2010.

Revenue Performance

In line with the statement made on 31 March 2010 at the time of the Company's results announcement for the year to 31 December 2009, actual revenues for the period 01 January 2010 to 11 May 2010 are broadly in line with the same period in 2009.

Film

Film revenues remain strong, reflecting continued high demand for UK film production facilities. Productions which used the Company's facilities and services and completed principal photography during the period include Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Warner Bros), Clash of the Titans (Warner Bros) and John Carter of Mars (Walt Disney).

Television

Television revenues are recovering from the effects of the downturn in 2009. The Company has experienced good utilisation of its large film stages by major television productions. During the period, entertainment shows using the facilities included Ant and Dec's Push the Button (Gallowgate), Would I Lie To You? (Zeppotron), Perrin (Objective Productions) and A League of Their Own (Sky One). Both Perrin and A League of Their Own were filmed in HD.

Media Park

Media Park revenues have remained resilient.

Outlook

Overall revenues for 2010 are in line with market expectations.

A number of contracted film productions have delayed the start of their principal photography period in the final weeks of the first half of 2010. As a result, contracted film revenues will be more weighted across the second half of the year.

The requirement for cost effective television content and the predicted upturn in television advertising revenues means the Company's full service offering is well placed to respond to this changing demand.

Media Park revenues remain resilient with high occupancy levels. Building on the benefits of creative clusters, the Company is expanding its offering to other sectors of the creative industries.

The Board views the Company's prospects with confidence.

Financial Calendar

In line with the revised reporting requirements the next event in the Company's financial calendar is:

Annual General Meeting, 29 June 2010
