This Interim Management Statement ("IMS") of Hidong Estate PLC ("the Company") relates to the period from 1 April 2009 up to the date of the publication of this IMS ("the period"). 

There have been no material events and transactions during the period. There have been no significant changes in the financial position or financial performance of the Company since the publication of the Final Results for the year ended 31 March 2009.
