LONDON & ST LAWRENCE INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT For the period from 1 March 2014 to 31 May 2014 During the 3 months since the 28 February 2014, the NAV per ordinary 5p sharehas fallen from 368.79p (28 February 2014) to 366.25p (31 May 2014), a decreaseof 0.7%. Over the same period the FTSE All Share Index fell from 3666.66 to3655.01 a decrease of 0.3%. The share price(bid) as at 28 February 2014 was364.25p and at 31 May 2014 it was 372.25p, an increase of 2.2%. At the 31 May2014 the Ordinary Shares stood at a premium of 1.6% .
