Triad Group Plc15 August 2007 Triad Group Plc (the "Company") Interim Management Statement Triad Group Plc presents its first interim management statement as required bythe revised Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The statementcovers the period from 1 April 2007 to 14 August 2007. No material events or transactions that could impact on the Company's financialposition have taken place in the period. The financial position of the Company is sound and we are trading comfortablywithin the financial facilities available to us. We have been experiencing, onthe part of certain clients, the usual slow decision making during the summermonths with respect to projects on which we are already working or on which weare awaiting the go-ahead. Levels of activity in the areas of sales andrevenue generation continue to be high and the Board is confident about theCompany's prospects.
