2009/10 First quarter update
Executive Chairman, Michael Bell will today tell the annual shareholders' meeting of MS INTERNATIONAL plc that little has changed in terms of trading since the time of his Chairman's Statement last month.
In line with our expectations, 'Defence' continues to prosper with good order intake and heightened potential opportunities.
There are some tentative signs of stabilisation in the level of demand in markets served by 'Industrial Engineering', albeit it at depressed levels.
The balance sheet remains strong with net cash and short term deposits
