LONDON & ST LAWRENCE INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT For the period from 1 September 2013 to 30 November 2013 During the 3 months since the Year End, the NAV per ordinary 5p share has risenfrom 340.70p (31 August 2013) to 354.58p (30 November 2013), an increase of4.1%. Over the same period the FTSE All Share Index rose from 3410.43 to3548.45, an increase of 4.0%. The share price(bid) as at 31 August 2013 was347.25p and at 30 November 2013 it was 358.25p, an increase of 3.2%. At the 30November 2013 the Ordinary Shares stood at a premium of 1% .
