MITIE Group PLC01 February 2008 MITIE Group PLC - Interim Management Statement MITIE Group PLC (MITIE), a leading UK support services company, today releasesits Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 October 2007 to 31January 2008. Financial performance MITIE confirms that it continues to perform in line with management expectationsand that it remains on track to complete another successful year. The order bookhas continued to grow and MITIE has now secured 97% of revenue for the yearending 31 March 2008. Market conditions and current trading Conditions remain favourable in MITIE's chosen markets and good organic growthcontinues to be reported across each of the Facilities, Property and EngineeringServices divisions. MITIE is well placed to take advantage of the ongoing trend to outsourceservices in its chosen markets. As a result of its national coverage, range ofservices and quality of service delivery, it expects to see opportunities acrossthe business as customers look to improve the efficiency of their cost base inlight of economic uncertainty.
