LONDON & ST LAWRENCE INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC INTERIM MANAGEMENT STATEMENT For the period from 1 March 2013 to 31 May 2013 During the 3 months since the end of the Half Year, the NAV per ordinary 5pshare has risen from 329.93p (28 February 2013) to 344.71p (31 May 2013), anincrease of 4.5%. Over the same period the FTSE All Share Index rose from3349.39 to 3473.82, an increase of 3.7%. The share price(bid) as at 28 February2013 was 318.25p and at 31 May 2013 it was 340.25p, an increase of 6.9%. Overthe period the discount has narrowed from 2.8% to 1.3%.
