Interim Management Statement
SDL plc, the leader in the emerging market for Global Information Management ("GIM") solutions, today publishes its Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 July 2008 to today, as required by the Listing Authority disclosure rules.
SDL has continued to see solid trading across most of its global markets and demand from the company's wide range of vertical sectors, such as IT, Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Pharmaceutical, remains robust.
On a divisional basis, both Global Information Management Technology and Localization Services have performed well. Trading has been in line with market expectations, with key wins made at clients such as Cerner Corporation, Facebook Inc, Fair Isaac, HP, Nielson and Varian Medical, coupled with solid growth from companies such as Adobe, Canon, Cisco Systems, Philips and Renault.
