Interim Management statement

This Interim management Statement by Pendragon PLC updates our 2008 Annual Report which we published on 30 April 2009.

In the short period since we announced our 2008 Annual Report trading has continued in line with our expectations. There are no other matters that we consider require to be updated since that report.

Our Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 June 2009 and a further update will be made on that day.
