 Interim financial statements for its parent, LendInvest Limited, for the period to 30 September 2020

LendInvest Secured Income plc (the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest Limited ("LendInvest"), the platform for property finance, has published the interim financial statements of LendInvest for the six month period to 30 September 2020.

Highlights include:

- £1,386.2 million Gross loans & advances (+27% vs six month period to 30 September 2019)

- £56.4 million Gross revenue (+11% vs six month period to 30 September 2019)

- £17.6 million Gross profit (+22% vs six month period to 30 September 2019)

- £6.2 million EBITDA (+244% vs six month period to 30 September 2019)

LendInvest has also delivered those interim financial statements to U.S. Bank Trustees Limited, as trustee of the £500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Company's subsidiary, LendInvest Secured Income PLC.
