Interim Dividend Announcement
As referred to in MITIE's half-yearly financial report for the six months to 30 September 2008 released today, the Board of Directors of the Company has declared an interim dividend of 3.3 pence per share. It will be payable on 5 February 2009 to those shareholders on the register on 9 January 2009.
The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the MITIE dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") will be 16 January 2009.
