Interim Dividend Update

Further to the announcement on 7 February 2022 and the announcement earlier today from NortonLifeLock Inc. ("NortonLifeLock"), the board of Avast confirms its intention to proceed with the payment of an interim dividend of 11.2 cents per share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2021. As previously announced there will be no option for shareholders to receive the interim dividend in pounds sterling. The relevant dates are set out below.

Proposed Dividend Timetable

Record Date: 18 February 2022

Ex-dividend Date: 24 February 2022

Payment: 3 March 2022
