Dividend Declaration
Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG.L) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved to pay an interim dividend of US$0.009 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2018. The total dividend payable amounts to approximately US$1 million.

Ex-Dividend date: 4 October 2018
Record date: 5 October 2018
Payment date: 26 October 2018
Payments in pounds sterling will be based on the US$/GBP exchange rate to be determined by the Company and announced shortly.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 110,053,073 ordinary shares.
