INTERIM DIVIDEND DETAILS
HAMILTON, Bermuda - The Board of Directors of Catlin Group Limited has declared an interim dividend of 8.6 pence (16.8 US cents) per share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2008. The interim dividend will be paid on 7 November 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 10 October 2008.
The interim dividend is payable in sterling (based on the exchange rate of £1 = US$1.95 prevailing on 6 August 2008), except for shareholders who have elected as at 7 August 2008 to receive their dividends in US dollars.
