MEIKLES LIMITED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on 24 December 2014 the Boardapproved an interim dividend number 77 for the half year ended 30 September2014 of US$0.02 cents per share, amounting to US$5 075 866.02. Thisannouncement follows the intention set out in the Chairman's Report for thehalf year to September 2014, which was released to shareholders on 3 December2014. The dividend will be payable to shareholders registered in the books of theCompany at close of business on 16 January 2015. The share transfer books andregister of members will be closed from the close of business on Friday, 16January 2015 to 18 January 2015, both days inclusive.
