The Board of Directors at its One Hundred and Forty-Third meeting held on 28th August 2015 resolved:
"THAT an interim dividend of MK480.80 million representing MK4.00 per share for the year 2015, be paid on Friday 30th October 2015 to shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 25th September 2015."
