ITE Group plc ("ITE") - Interim Dividend Arrangements

ITE announced in its interim results released on 16 May 2017 that it will pay an interim dividend totalling £3,947,679 in respect of the six months ended 31 March 2017. The dividend of 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share will be paid to shareholders on the Register of Members on the record date of 9 June 2017. The ex-dividend date will therefore be 8 June 2017. The dividend will be paid on 3 August 2017.
