Interim dividend announcement

Playtech (AIM: PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce the payment of an interim dividend of 9.4 € cents per share (2009: 8.9 € cents) an increase of 6% on the previous year, following announcement of its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2010 on 26 August 2010.

The dividend will be payable on 22 October 2010 to those shareholders and depositary receipt holders on the Company's register as at the record date of 24 September 2010. The ex-dividend date is 22 September. Currency election forms will be posted to shareholders and depositary receipt holders on 3 September 2010 and must be returned by 1st October 2010. For any shareholders or depositary receipt holders who elect to receive their dividends in Sterling the conversion exchange rate from Euros will be set on 24 September 2010.
