Interim dividend and Interim Report
Record plc confirms that its Interim dividend will be paid on 30th December 2008 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5th December 2008.
Record plc's Interim Report for 6 months ended 30th September 2008 has today been submitted to the Financial Services Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial Services Authority's Document Viewing Facility.
The Document Viewing Facility is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
The Interim Report will also shortly be available from the Record plc website at http://ir.recordcm.com/rcm/ir/ or from the Company Secretary at the company's registered office, Morgan House, Madeira Walk, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1EP.
